2 Months

Tripp turned two months old on Tuesday. I think he looks hilarious in these pictures. Disclaimer...I took them and I am not as good as Ryan. We went for his well check this morning. He weighed in at a whoping (or however you spell it) 15 lbs. 10 oz. and 24 1/2 inches long. Yep we grow them big! He is doing great. He is sleeping around 5-7 hours at night...well some nights. He is a good eater...I know...hard to believe! He doesn't seem to mind Lucy McLean and loves riding with the window down. He is very hot natured and loves his swing.

He does, however, seem confused by his crazy sister sometimes!

Celebrating the Future Mr. & Mrs. Dickinson

We were blessed with the opportunity to shower my dear friend Sara on Saturday. We started the day off with a brunch at my parents house.

Lucy McLean (the flower girl) had a blast wearing the hat that was intended for Sara!Then we went to a dinner and dancing/couple's shower that night at the Taylors. It was beautiful. Ryan and I took advantage of the opportunity and used it as our first date after Tripp's birth. We had a wonderful time meeting new friends and catching up with old. It was such a blessing to be a part of loving on Sara and Tyler and wishing them well in their upcoming marriage. We can't wait til the big day!!!

Tripp will be 7 weeks old tomorrow. He has been such a sweet baby and very laid back about his big sister being all over him. He is growing so fast. He is cooeing when we talk to him and tracks our voices. Like his sister, he loves to take baths, loves it outside, and falls asleep in the car. We love our new little blessing.

First Haircut

Daddy cut Lucy McLean's hair for the first time the other night. We had a serious mullet going on. I was afraid her curls would be gone and although it looks like it in these pictures, her hair is actually curlier now.

New Water Table

Lucy McLean and Tripp got a new water table for Easter. Tripp wasn't real into it ;). Lucy McLean loved it. Oh, and she got new finger paint...can you tell? Good thing it is washable!
