11 MONTHS!

Tripp turned 11 months old today! I can hardly believe it (and you can probably hardly believe that I am posting pictures so quickly)! He is such a fun little mama's boy. He is starting to try to do everything Lucy McLean does...scary hugh?! He has been walking for about a month now. He still LOVES to take baths. When he is having fussy days, he gets multiple baths. He is in to EVERYTHING and wants me to hold him from the second I come home until he goes to bed (we are working on that). His eyes are perfect and I love to see them smile when he smiles! Lucy McLean calls him Trippypoo! Can't believe in one month, he will be a whole year old!

10 month pictures

I have had these on our camera for awhile and planned for the "real" photographer in the family to take a shot at capturing this little rascal at 10 months. Yet, he is now almost 11 months old and it hasn't happened. As you can tell, I am far from professional AND we officially have our hands full! Tripp watches EVERYThING Lucy McLean does and follows in her wild footsteps! He is walking up a storm and in to everything. He loves being held up high, but isn't a big snuggler
:(. He is so much fun!!! Thank you Lord for an amazing little ball of boy energy!

Lots of Updates

Wow...I have been very slack about the blog lately. I have 10 month pictures of the Tripp (AKA Trippypoo and Tripster), but here he is in his get up at Christmas. He is such a happy baby and lots of fun.

Lucy McLean and Tripp got a gator for Christmas. She went straight out and gave the dogs a ride on Christmas morning. Ok, or maybe a crash...It looks like she is texting (taking pictures with her new camera) and driving!
The McLean's went out as soon as it started snowing to get a family picture of our white Christmas!

And that night...the boys (minus Tripp) and LM, made snowmen!
Their leafy creation
We had a great Christmas break with a lot of family time. It was so nice to have Ryan with us and not having to work the majority of break. We played a lot and had a lot of fun. I have way more to post about, but this is at least a start!!!

What a Season

My coaching season officially came to an end on Saturday, as the West Rowan Falcons won the 3A State Championship in football. Way to go guys! It was a very rainy, cold, day...but the Falcons were HOT! Very excited to share in this 3-peat history. This is the 3rd year in a row that the Falcons have brought home a state championship!
My girls...sporting their "U''s (for Mt. Ulla University/High School haha)
LM showing off her "U". Tripp and Grammy and Grampy had already left the game!
Lucy McLean with Dana
Big X...this kid totally reminds us of Michael Orr. He is precious and sweet as pie! Check out his bling...two state Championship rings and one more to add to that necklace!
LM with Davon. Davon works for my mom. She thought all of the football player's name was Davon for awhile. Way to go Falcons. This has certainly been an eventful and fun season!!!

9 months

And a really slack mama!
So, I am just now posting about this precious little man. Tripp turned 9 months old on the 20th. As with most every month, this has to be one of the most fun stages. He is laughing up a storm and has the most precious, one dimpled grin! He has learned to say "Bye Bye" and waves his little arm. He is also trying to snap his finger. Tripp has really started to interact and try to crawl all over Lucy McLean. They play like crazy together in the bath and on our bed. He likes to be in to EVERYTHING! He loves paper, hence the picture. He laughs so hard when he actually gets a piece of paper.
He has really started doing one of those crinkled-up-nose grins that is to die for! (Disregard the mugshot of his daddy)
He loves taking baths and brushing his teeth. He hates having his diaper changed and tries to flip over every time. He is very ticklish. He pretty much loves attention and loves being on his daddy's shoulders. He is a really happy boy, but insists that I hold him from the moment I get home from work, until he goes to bed. I know, I could break him of this, but how could you resist snuggling with this cutie patootie?! Ok, it can be annoying sometimes!
We are very blessed. Lucy McLean loves her "baby alive" brother (unless he is pulling her hair or playing with her baby dolls). He LOVES her and we love them both to pieces!

Our Weekend

Friday night was another night of football. Lucy McLean fell asleep during the 1st half of the game. It was freezing cold, so I was glad to have a free furnace laying on me for a few hours! I'll try to remember to add a picture of it soon!

Saturday morning, we started with another project. I am determined to get my parent's house wallpaper free! We have finished the kitchen (ok, I know I am slack..I will add those pictures soon too). On to the dining room (ie. playroom). Here is the before....

Saturday night was filled with loving on these cutie patootie nephews!
Tucker and Aunt Anna
Running around...what 2 year olds do best!

They are pretty obsessed (take note of LM's nappy hair in this pic)
The pretty much move each other (again, nappy hair)
We will remind them of this in years to come!
LM with Miss Brittany...watching tinkerbell! (again..crazy hair)
Woohoo for a barber daddy!
Finished product with Miss Brittany! It was a little shorter than we expected but it is PRECIOUS!!
Yay! Curls were hiding behind the craziness! And there was definitely some loving on this little man!!! Oh how I could eat him up!

Halloween 2010

We attempted a theme. Ryan and I had good intentions to join the kids (ok...I had good intentions, but we didn't pull through). They looked cute though! Tripp pretty much hated his costume, but we got a few pictures. I like Ryan's idea of recreating it and pretending it was actually Halloween, just for the sake of better pictures!
The best sibling picture we could get!
Aunt Sue and Uncle Hill's house!

Grampy and Grandma provided glow sticks! They were the hit of the night!
